Transcipt request process for graduates from the Police Cadet Academy
1.In the case of traveling to file a complaint by oneself
1.1 Contact staff of Registration and Evaluation Work Teaching and Support Department Kanchanaphisek Building, 2nd Floor, Telephone No. 034 – 312009 Ext. 207
1.2 Fill out the Transcipt request form.
1.3 Submit the request form with a 1-inch photo of the number of Transcipt requests (in the case of 1 set, use 1 picture)
1.4 Pay a fee of 100- baht per set
1.5 You can come to receive the transcipt after 7 days.
2.In the case of submitting a request form by post
2.1 Download Request Form Transcipt (download the form here)
2.2 Fill out the application form under item 2.1
2.3 Submit the request form with a 1-inch photo of the number of sets requested. Transcipt (in the case of requesting 1 set, use 1 picture) and money order fee of 100- baht per set
(Please call to inform staff that you have sent documents to The Police Cadet Academy is completed by phone number 034-312009 Ext. 207)
2.4 You will receive the Transcipt by post 7 days after the officer receives the document.
Note: Photos can be worn by a police uniform, khaki uniform, or a white dress.
