On October 19, 2021, at 3:30 p.m., Police Lieutenant General Thatchai Pitaneelaboot, Commissioner of RPCA welcomed Police Colonel Yury Borisenko, Counselor (Police) at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Thailand; and Mr. Artem Fadeev, head of ceremonies at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Thailand at Huai Chorakhe Conference Room, RPCA, in coordinating academic and international cooperation between RPCA and the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Thailand.

On October 19, 2021, at 1:30 p.m., Police Lieutenant General Thatchai Pitaneelaboot, Commissioner of Royal Police Cadet Academy (RPCA) welcomed Dr. Sompong Methasathitsuk, advisor to the Commission on Commerce and Intellectual Property. The House of Representatives and Dr. Bancha Kerdmanee, chancellor of Thonburi University, along with delegation, congratulated his new appointment at Phai Singto Room as discussed and coordinated academic cooperation between RPCA and Thonburi University.

On October 19, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., Police Lieutenant General Thatchai Pitaneelaboot, Commissioner of RPCA welcomed the faculty from King Prajadhipok’s Institute at Sampran Room, RPCA. Later, Police Major General Taweerat Srithawatpong, Commander of Police Training Center and shooting instructor, Police Tactics Group, police training center, welcomed the faculty from King Prajadhipok’s Institute. There has been a briefing and demonstration of simulated incident response in the Simulator room at the Sang Singha Kaew shooting range, RPCA.

On October 19, 2021, at 9:30 am., Police Lieutenant General Thatchai Pitaneelaboot, Commissioner of Royal Police Cadet Academy (RPCA) welcomed Mr. Chayanon Rungruangsuk, deputy director of Han Seidel Foundation, discussed and coordinated academic cooperation and foreign affairs between RPCA and Han Seidel Foundation.

On October 17, 2021 at 8:45 am., Police Lieutenant General Thatchai Pitaneelaboot, Commissioner of Royal Police Cadet Academy (RPCA) along with his wife and commanders of RPCA participated in the ceremony to pay homage to the sacred things within RPCA on the occasion of “Police Day” for the year 2021.
